Tools and Resources Needed
Training tablet
Before you start, read through this entire procedure.
There’s two parts to this module:
- The goal of part 1 is to get familiar with several types of vehicles through hands-on interaction.
- The goal of part 2 is to continue using the Driver Resource Hub to learn Panorama’s procedures by actually doing the procedures.
These exercises can be completed in pairs or independently.
Part 1: Scavenger Hunt Items
Using the resources you have at hand and your own exploration instincts, locate these items on all the buses allocated by your facilitator.
Self-Guided SOP Exploration
Follow the steps in the Driver Resource Hub to “complete” the following procedures.
Be hands-on. Actually interact with and use the equipment and resources wherever possible. You may need to acquire items to complete some procedures.
You may be instructed to reference other procedures – they’re in the DRH.
Problem solve as much as you are able, but don’t spin your wheels if you’re stuck – ask your facilitator to guide you.
